How it all began

A community service built on love and dedication

Happyways was founded in 1993 with a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves a safe, joyful, and nurturing place to grow. What started as a small community childcare service in Santry has grown into a Tusla Registered Early Years and Education service with four locations across Santry and Artane.

For over 30 years, we have welcomed thousands of children and families through our doors. We have watched babies take their first steps, seen toddlers blossom into confident pre-schoolers, and supported school-age children through their early years of education. Every milestone matters to us.

Today, Happyways continues to be led with the same warmth and commitment that has always defined us. We are proud to be a cornerstone of the Santry and Artane community — and we look forward to welcoming many more families in the years ahead.
